For articles submitted until September 30th, 2024, the old exemption rule and fee amounts are applied:

• At least two authors must be active members of SBFa, one of them in the “professional” category. There is no limit to the application of the exemption.

For articles submitted until September 30th, 2024, the fee amounts are:

Brazilian authors:

• Original article and review: BRL 800
• Brief communication and case report: BRL 500

International authors:

• Original article and review: USD 150
• Brief communication and case report: USD 100
